Mass Effect 2

Welp..... Finished the game... Here's a couple of of problems I ran into:


I failed to get Miranda's loyalty after siding with Jack in an argument after Miranda's loyalty mission.

Both Jacob and Miranda perished in the suicide mission.

Thane ended up having feelings for me but I didn't choose the romance option for him.

For some reason, my game had this really weird glitch where someone's voice would just lower for no reason. It was weird hearing EDI's voice just drop when she was talking to me.

GARRUS DIDN'T FALL IN LOVE WITH ME.



Now, here's what I think about those problems:

You know what? I could really care less about Miranda. I only did her loyalty mission so that I could have my entire team loyal to me but I favored Jack over her. Jack was stronger than her and I trusted her more. Miranda I just flat out didn't like because she was SUCH A JERK TO EVERYONE.

Okay, I was very upset with Jacob. He was a good guy and I really liked him. Miranda, I could really care less. But Jacob, he was cool in my book.

I talked a lot with Thane on the Normandy when I was bored or wanted a mission. We talked about a lot of things, whenever the prompt was there. After the suicide mission, I went to talk to him again and he referred to me as 'siha'. Since I had obviously ruined the romance with Garrus, I thought about a brief romance with Thane. But I decided not to. He still referred to me as siha whenever I talked to him. Looking back at it, it was a STUPID MISTAKE I SHOULD HAVE LOVED HIM WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE.

I don't know what to say about this. I just got used to it.

Garrus. The Space Dinosaur. WHY WON'T YOU LOVE ME?! I tried EVERYTHING to romance him. His loyalty mission was the FIRST one I finished and we even flirted during the conversation after. He was supposed to come talk to me before the suicide mission but he never showed up and he ALMOST died during the mission. UGH. 


Alright, so time to go through it all over again. I'm so lucky this game is so much fun. This time, I'm going to try to keep Jacob from dying and try to romance Garrus. Miranda, I really don't care what happens to her.
